2. Marketplace Role Vauchr is a bridge between you and local businesses. While we curate the best deals, the Merchant is the one responsible for providing the final product or service. When you buy a voucher, you are entering into a contract with that specific Merchant.
3. Prices and Payments

We support both local and international users by displaying prices in FCFA and $ (USD).

All transactions are encrypted and secured.

Once payment is successful, your voucher is instantly available in your account and sent via email.
4. How to Redeem

Simply show your digital voucher code on your phone to the Merchant.

Each deal has its own "Fine Print" (validity dates, specific hours, or locations). Please read these carefully before you buy.

Vouchers are like cash; if you lose your access or the voucher expires, it cannot be replaced.
5. Trust and Refunds

Your satisfaction is important. If a Merchant refuses a valid voucher, Vauchr will investigate and provide a refund if necessary.

We do not offer refunds for "change of mind" or expired vouchers.

For any quality issues with a service, the Merchant is your primary point of contact, though we are here to help mediate if needed.
6. Prohibited Actions Users are prohibited from duplicating vouchers, using fake identities, or attempting to bypass our security systems. Such actions will result in a permanent ban from the platform.
7. Privacy & Security We respect your privacy. Your data is used strictly to process orders and to send you the latest deals you might love. We use industry-standard security to keep your information safe.
8. Legal Framework This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Cameroon. Any legal proceedings will be conducted in the jurisdiction of Douala.
